Japan Announces Good News for Pakistani Work Visa Applicants

Islamabad: In a positive development for Pakistanis seeking employment opportunities in Japan, the **Japan Foundation** has introduced a **Basic Test** for work visa applicants.
According to officials, the purpose of this test is to **evaluate candidates’ basic communication skills in the Japanese language**, a crucial requirement for those aspiring to work and live in Japan.
The **tests will be conducted in Islamabad** on **October 11, November 1, and November 8, 2025**, at the **S-Cons School of Accountancy, F-8 Markaz**. The foundation has announced that **a maximum of 500 candidates** will be allowed to take part in each session.
