PML-N Leader Saleem Ahmed Khosa Praises Balochistan Government’s Reforms and Security Efforts

QuettaضProvincial Minister for Communications and Works and PML-N Parliamentary Leader in Balochistan, Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa, said that Balochistan has faced serious challenges of governance and law and order for the past two decades, but the current coalition government has taken concrete measures over the last two years that are now showing positive impacts on the lives of ordinary citizens.

He highlighted initiatives including **public welfare programs, infrastructure development, skill-building projects for youth, investment in health and education, and a coordinated security policy** aimed at restoring peace in the province.

Khosa praised Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti for ensuring **inclusive decision-making**, noting that not only the cabinet and assembly are taken into confidence, but coalition partners and political leaders outside parliament are also consulted—an approach rarely seen in the past. He said this reflects the traditional political culture of Balochistan, which values consultation and consensus.

He further stated that CM Bugti enjoys the strong support of national political leadership, including **Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and President Asif Ali Zardari**, who provide guidance to the provincial government. Senior PML-N leaders Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Ishaq Dar are also regularly involved in consultations to refine government policies.

On the issue of **law and order**, Khosa emphasized that both political and military leadership are playing a vital role. Security forces are fully active in restoring peace, while the provincial government is providing complete political and administrative backing. He explained that while the armed forces are leading on warfare, the provincial government is strongly pursuing lawfare with clear policies and determination.

“Under the leadership of Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, the government is moving forward with a comprehensive vision, ensuring transparency and political harmony by consulting coalition parties and stakeholders at every step,” he said.

He reiterated that **PML-N in Balochistan stands firmly with CM Bugti** in every effort for the province’s welfare, development, and peace, with the aim of delivering a peaceful, prosperous, and better future for its people.
