Two Killed, 79 Addicts Detained in Quetta Police Anti-Narcotics Operation

Quetta:Quetta police conducted an operation against drug dealers in the City Nala area under the supervision of SDPO Anwar Ali, resulting in an armed clash that left two people dead.
According to a police statement, during the raid, drug ringleader Ismat opened fire, which killed two drug dealers identified as Janan and Saleh.
Police recovered **two pistols, three kilograms of hashish, and more than 1,000 narcotic packets and pills** from the scene.
Additionally, **79 drug addicts were taken into custody** and later shifted to a rehabilitation center for treatment.
Authorities said the crackdown was part of an ongoing campaign to dismantle drug networks and provide medical support to addicts in Quetta.
