Balochistan Is an Inseparable Part of Pakistan, Says DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif

Islamabad:Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), **Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry**, has firmly stated that **Balochistan is an integral part of Pakistan** and can never be separated from the country.

Speaking during a special session of **Hilal Talks**, attended by over **1,950 senior faculty members** from across the nation, the DG ISPR addressed key national and regional issues, with a strong emphasis on Balochistan’s importance.

“**Balochistan is deeply woven into Pakistan’s economy and society. It will become the country’s richest province**,” he said. He further warned that **India and its proxies pose a significant threat to the entire region**, particularly through their involvement in subversive activities in Balochistan.

General Sharif alleged that the **Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA)** receives **complete financial support from India**, with its leadership operating from Indian territory. “They are nothing but India’s hired agents. The so-called leaders openly seek Indian help,” he remarked, referring to them as “**Fitna al-Khawarij**.”

He also reaffirmed the strong bond between the military and the people of Pakistan, stating:

> “The **people and the armed forces are inseparable**. This eternal bond of love and trust will continue to endure.”

The remarks come amid increasing regional tensions and ongoing concerns over foreign interference in Balochistan’s internal affairs.
