Imran Khan’s November 24 Islamabad Protest Gains Momentum as PTI Workers Mobilize from Across Pakistan

Islamabad:Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder **Imran Khan** has announced a massive protest in **Islamabad** on **November 24**, calling on party workers from across the country to converge on the federal capital. The preparations for the protest are in full swing, with PTI supporters already mobilizing from all provinces.

**Mobilization Across the Country**

In **Karachi**, the capital of Sindh, PTI workers have already begun their journey to Islamabad in large caravans. Similarly, PTI’s supporters from **Punjab** and **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa** are expected to begin their departure in the coming days, with the aim of participating in the highly anticipated protest.

Even in **Balochistan**, PTI’s provincial leadership has outlined a strategy to ensure participation in the protest. **Asif Tareen**, the PTI Balochistan spokesperson, shared details with **V News** about the provincial plans. He confirmed that a significant number of PTI supporters from Balochistan have made preparations to join the Islamabad protest.

**Shift from Plan A to Plan B**

According to Tareen, PTI Balochistan initially had a larger plan in place (Plan A), which involved sending a central convoy from **Quetta** on **November 23**. The convoy was to pass through **Killa Saifullah** and **Zhob** before reaching Islamabad, with smaller groups joining along the way. However, due to the current security situation and the possibility of police action, the provincial leadership decided to shift to **Plan B**.

**Plan B** involves sending workers in smaller groups rather than large caravans to avoid direct confrontation with authorities. Tareen mentioned that **over 1,800 workers** have already reached Islamabad, while more are expected to depart soon.

**Police Confrontation and Strategy Change**

Tareen also reported that the police had attempted to disrupt the caravan by charging at the workers. In order to avoid a clash, PTI workers dispersed and continued their journey to Islamabad in their personal vehicles. Despite the obstacles, PTI Balochistan is determined to send thousands of workers to the capital for the protest.

**Warnings from the Government**

While PTI is intensifying its preparations for the protest, the federal government has issued a stern warning, emphasizing that **no public gatherings** will be allowed in Islamabad. The government has stated that if any violence or loss of life occurs during the protest, the responsibility will lie with those organizing and participating in the demonstration.

As the date approaches, tensions between the government and PTI continue to rise, with both sides taking firm positions. PTI remains committed to its call for **November 24**, while the government is reinforcing its security measures to prevent any disruptions in the capital.
