Security Forces’ Operation in Bannu: Three Militants Killed, Two Injured
Bannu: In a successful operation based on intelligence reports, security forces killed three militants and injured two in Bannu district on the morning of November 22.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was carried out by security forces in response to intelligence about the presence of militants in the area. The forces effectively targeted the militants’ hideout, resulting in a firefight where three militants were killed and two others were injured.
Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the slain militants. These militants were reportedly involved in several terrorist attacks against security forces and the killing of innocent civilians in the past.
ISPR confirmed that a clearance operation is ongoing to eliminate any remaining militants in the area. The military remains committed to eradicating terrorism from the country and ensuring the safety and security of its citizens.
