Two Motorcyclists Killed, Truck Driver Injured in Tragic Accident in Loralai
LORALAI: Two motorcyclists were killed in a tragic traffic accident near Jalebi Mor in the Mekhtar area of Loralai district, while a truck driver was seriously injured while attempting to avoid the victims lying on the road.
According to reports, a car collided with the two motorcyclists, killing them on the spot. The car driver responsible for the accident fled the scene immediately after the incident.
Following the initial collision, a truck lost control and overturned while its driver attempted to save the motorcyclists lying on the road. The truck driver sustained serious injuries in the accident.
Rescue teams and personnel from FC North Mekhtar reached the scene shortly after receiving information about the incident. The bodies of the deceased and the injured truck driver were shifted to Teaching Hospital Loralai for medical and legal procedures.
Hospital sources identified the deceased as Amanullah, son of Subedar Hamza Zai, and Yousaf, son of Fazal Muhammad Walezae. The injured truck driver was identified as Khawaja Muhammad, son of Ali Jan Alizae, who is receiving medical treatment.
Police have registered a case and launched a search for the car driver who fled the scene. Further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident is underway.
