JUI Stands as a Strong Ideological Wall Against Anti-Islamic Plots of Imperial and Tyrannical Forces: Maulana Abdul Wasey

Ameer of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan and Senator Maulana Abdul Wasey has said that history bears witness to the fact that tyrannical and imperial powers in every era have united against Islam, pursuing a consistent agenda of hostility toward the religion.
Speaking to various delegations, Maulana Abdul Wasey said that Islam, which conveys a universal message of peace, brotherhood, tolerance, and human welfare, has deliberately been linked with false and malicious allegations such as terrorism in an attempt to defame it. He termed this a well-planned global conspiracy aimed at weakening the spread of Islam, its intellectual supremacy, and the ideological unity of the Muslim Ummah.
He stated that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam is actively guiding the younger generation in response to contemporary intellectual, cultural, and ideological challenges. Whether through religious seminaries or modern educational and social platforms, JUI remains a strong ideological barrier protecting youth from atheism, irreligiosity, and ideological onslaughts.
Maulana Abdul Wasey noted that while rapid technological advancement has brought the world closer, it has also made it easier for hostile forces to create doubts, confusion, and ideological weakness within Muslim minds through new methods, with the aim of hollowing out the unity of the Muslim Ummah from within.
He emphasized that JUI is confronting these conspiracies not only on the ideological front but also within the global political landscape. He added that religious seminaries, which serve as strongholds of Islam and guardians of its ideological frontiers, continue to play a vital role in safeguarding the true religion and preserving Islamic identity.
The JUI Balochistan chief further said that Pakistan was founded on the basis of the Two-Nation Theory, rooted in the supremacy of Islam and the aspiration to allow Muslims to freely practice an Islamic way of life. He highlighted that Pakistan has achieved remarkable milestones in a short span of time, becoming a source of pride for the entire Muslim Ummah, and that the Muslim world continues to look toward Pakistan during major challenges.
Maulana Abdul Wasey concluded by stating that Pakistan’s real strength lies in its intellectual and ideological stability, and that the leadership of JUI continues to adapt its struggle in accordance with changing times to serve as a protective shield for Islam, Pakistan, and the ideological identity of the Muslim Ummah against all conspiracies.
