Iran Refuses IAEA Access to Nuclear Sites Damaged in US and Israeli Strikes

Tehran:** Iran has refused to allow inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to examine nuclear facilities damaged in recent US and Israeli attacks, according to the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson **Ismail Baghaei** stated that Iran would not permit IAEA inspections of the nuclear facilities at **Fordow**, **Natanz**, and **Isfahan**, which were affected by the strikes.

Baghaei also denied reports suggesting that Iranian officials had held a meeting with the Director General of the IAEA in Switzerland.

Addressing the issue of frozen Iranian assets, the spokesperson said Iran faces no restrictions regarding the use of its unfrozen funds.

Meanwhile, US President **Donald Trump** claimed that Iran had agreed to a full inspection of its nuclear facilities. He argued that further negotiations would not have continued if Tehran had rejected such inspections.

Trump also stated that US naval forces remain prepared should a renewed blockade become necessary, although he added that such a step currently appears unlikely.

The US president further said that any restored Iranian assets would be held in bank accounts under US supervision.

The latest developments highlight continuing disagreements between Tehran and Washington over Iran’s nuclear program and the future role of international inspectors in monitoring the country’s nuclear activities.
