Intense Heat Grips Sindh as Karachi Feels Like 44°C

Islamabad: Severe heat has swept across several districts of Sindh, including Karachi, where temperatures have risen significantly.
In Karachi, the mercury climbed to 42°C, with the heat index making it feel like 44°C. Other cities in the province also experienced extreme conditions, with Hyderabad recording a “feels like” temperature of 47°C and Sukkur reaching 45°C.
Due to the intense heat in Karachi, authorities have set up heatwave relief camps in various areas to assist residents. Health experts have advised citizens to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities and take precautions against heat-related illnesses.
Meanwhile, weather conditions remain relatively moderate in other parts of the country. Temperatures recorded in Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar were 34°C, 33°C, and 29°C respectively.
