Mass Protests Erupt in U.S. and Worldwide Against War on Iran, Trump Faces Criticism

Washington: Large-scale protests have erupted across the United States against the alleged imposition of war on Iran, with demonstrators voicing strong opposition to President Donald Trump and his policies.

According to media reports, around 7 million people participated in nationwide demonstrations on Saturday under the banner of “No Kings,” demanding an immediate halt to the war. Protesters gathered in major cities, calling for peace and criticizing the administration’s actions.

In New York City, renowned Hollywood actor Robert De Niro strongly criticized Trump during a “No Kings” Day event. He stated that Trump could not carry out controversial actions without the support of Congress and his inner circle, and urged that corrupt leaders must be prevented from enriching themselves.

Organizers have announced that more than 3,200 protests are expected to take place across all 50 states on Sunday, potentially marking one of the largest protest movements in U.S. history.

Meanwhile, similar demonstrations have been reported in Israel, where thousands gathered in cities including Tel Aviv to protest against the war. Reports suggest that Israeli police used force to disperse protesters.

According to Russian media, women and elderly citizens also participated in the Tel Aviv demonstrations, chanting slogans against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and opposing military actions targeting Iran.

Global protests were also reported in several countries, including Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia, where demonstrators echoed calls to stop the war and criticized the Trump administration.
