Pakistani YouTuber Adil Raja Admits Making False Allegations Against Brigadier Rashid Naseer

**Islamabad:** Pakistani YouTuber and retired army officer **Major (R) Adil Raja** has admitted, under the direction of the London High Court, that all allegations he made against **Brigadier (R) Rashid Naseer** were false, baseless, and defamatory.

The London High Court ruled that Adil Raja has no valid defense for the claims made against Naseer. The court had previously issued two warnings stating that failure to comply with its orders could constitute contempt of court, potentially leading to fines, imprisonment, or asset seizure.

**Court Order and Apology**
Following Deputy High Court Judge **Richard Spearman’s** orders, Adil Raja published a summary of the court’s ruling across all his social media platforms, including X, Facebook, YouTube, and his website. In the summary, he acknowledged that on **October 9, 2025**, the High Court directed him to pay **£50,000 (approximately PKR 2 crore)** in damages to Brigadier Naseer, along with **£260,000 in legal costs** to be paid by **December 22, 2025**. The court mandated that the apology and summary remain publicly available on all platforms for **28 days**.

**Details of False Allegations**
Adil Raja admitted that between **June 14 and June 29, 2022**, he made multiple defamatory claims against Brigadier Naseer, accusing him of corruption, election rigging, judicial interference, and political manipulation. The court rejected these claims as false, baseless, and malicious, dismissing any defense offered by Adil Raja.

**Further Restrictions**
Judge Spearman instructed Adil Raja not to make any further defamatory statements against Brigadier Naseer, his agents, or associates. This legal case dates back to **August 11, 2022**, when Brigadier Naseer filed a suit in the London High Court alleging that Adil Raja deliberately damaged his reputation on social media. The court emphasized that online platforms are not exempt from defamation laws unless statements are factually accurate.
