Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan to Launch Long March to Islamabad on July 25 Against Military, Political, and Economic Interference

In a passionate address, Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) and Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan, Molana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch, announced a long march from Quetta to Islamabad starting on July 25, 2025. The march will be a protest against the military, political, and economic interference in Balochistan by the rulers in Islamabad and the establishment. He emphasized that the march will be led by the people and youth of Balochistan, who are determined to fight for their rights and end the ongoing injustice in the province.
Molana Hidayat-ur-Rehman also condemned the closure of the border trade, describing it as equivalent to condemning 3 million people to unemployment. He reiterated that Jamaat-e-Islami is actively struggling for the recovery of missing persons and the achievement of political freedom for the people of Balochistan.
Addressing a gathering in Gwadar, the JI leader stated, “The rulers in Islamabad have failed to provide Balochistan with schools, institutions, development, or employment opportunities. They are responsible for the lawlessness, looting, and enforced disappearances in the region.”
He also highlighted that the long march on July 25 will be a collective effort, with participation from all sections of society, including youth, citizens, tribal communities, and religious scholars. The party is preparing for this peaceful yet powerful protest, ensuring broad-based involvement across all districts of Balochistan.
Molana Hidayat-ur-Rehman concluded by assuring the people of Balochistan that Jamaat-e-Islami is the party that represents their hopes and aspirations. “We will continue our struggle for the protection of your rights, development, and prosperity through democratic resistance,” he said. “We will not rest until the road to justice, law, and prosperity is paved, and we will stand together to put an end to the oppression, lawlessness, and exploitation in Balochistan.”
