Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Highlights Pakistan’s Commitment to Peace and Diplomacy in Response to Indian Aggression

London: In light of recent Indian aggression, Pakistan’s diplomatic delegation, led by Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has called for international recognition of Pakistan’s response, underscoring the country’s commitment to responsible diplomacy and peace.
Bilawal emphasized that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state, always advocating for conflict resolution through dialogue and diplomacy. He reiterated that Pakistan has consistently extended a message of peace, stressing that any attempt by India to unilaterally suspend or end the Indus Water Treaty would be considered an act of war. “Water is a vital necessity for us, and there will be no compromise on this issue,” he declared.
The Foreign Minister also made it clear that the resolution of all issues, particularly Kashmir, must be through negotiations. He stated that “all solutions to the problems between Pakistan and India must pass through Kashmir,” and added that India is spreading misinformation and disinformation to deflect from the real issues.
Bilawal praised the role of U.S. President Donald Trump in mediating a ceasefire between the two nations, calling his efforts commendable. He further mentioned that Pakistan had offered to conduct neutral investigations into the Pahalgam incident, but India had rejected the offer.
The Foreign Minister also pointed out that there is currently no mechanism in place to resolve the ongoing disputes between the two nuclear-armed nations, raising concerns about the lack of structured diplomacy.
Bilawal’s remarks reflect Pakistan’s resolve to protect its national interests while promoting dialogue and peace in the region.
