Imran Khan’s Health and Jail Meetings Report Submitted to Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD: A report regarding the health of PTI founder Imran Khan and his meetings in jail has been submitted to the Supreme Court, revealing details of his medical examinations and prison visits.

The two-page report was submitted by the superintendent of Adiala Jail. It includes 24 pages of newspaper clippings as well as details of Imran Khan’s medical check-up history.

According to the report, Imran Khan and his wife are regularly allowed to meet every Tuesday under the jail rules, with a total of 84 meetings having taken place so far.

The report stated that Imran Khan’s food and water intake is checked three times a day, while medical examinations are also conducted regularly. Several government doctors have examined him.

It further stated that Imran Khan has also received treatment from an eye specialist, and the condition of one of his eyes has improved to nearly normal.

A summary of medical examinations conducted by 39 different medical specialists between November 4, 2023, and August 10, 2026, has also been included in the report.

The jail authorities have requested the Supreme Court to dispose of the case.

The report also referred to an assurance given by Salman Akram Raja before the High Court that he would not speak to the media inside the jail premises after meetings. According to the report, the assurance was allegedly violated when media talks were held despite the court’s order.
