Alleged Audio Leak: PTI’s Mishal Yousafzai Accuses Salman Akram Raja of Taking Money for Tickets
ISLAMABAD: An alleged audio recording involving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Mishal Yousafzai and the party’s Secretary General Salman Akram Raja has surfaced, in which the former reportedly accuses the latter of accepting money in connection with the allocation of party tickets.
According to details, in the alleged audio, Mishal Yousafzai claimed that pressure would be created through members of the Bar Council, alleging that some of them had been given tickets in exchange for money.
She further alleged that, through conspiracies and factional politics, lawyers who had no association with the Insaf Lawyers Forum (ILF) were made members. She also accused them of increasing their fees and receiving consultancy contracts worth millions of rupees.
Yousafzai further alleged that conspiracies had been carried out and false statements made, and questioned the whereabouts of the Bar Council members. She also accused Raja of allegedly using the founding chairman’s account to post tweets in his favour as part of what she described as a conspiracy.

In the alleged audio, Salman Akram Raja rejected the accusations and said that his life was an open book.
“Tell me what conspiracy I have committed,” Raja reportedly said, adding that there was not a single moment in his life over which anyone could raise a finger.
Raja also asked Yousafzai to identify the alleged conspiracy and explain what wrongdoing she was accusing him of committing.
The authenticity of the alleged audio recording and the accusations contained in it have not been independently verified.
