Pakistan Railways Police Recover Stolen Railway Material Worth Millions in Karachi Operation

Karachi:Pakistan Railways Police have recovered stolen railway infrastructure worth millions of rupees during a targeted operation in Karachi, officials said.
According to Railways Police, the operation led to the recovery of stolen railway tracks and approximately **32 tons of railway material**, estimated to be worth millions of rupees.
The raid was carried out in **Orangi Town**, where police arrested **four suspects** allegedly involved in stealing railway tracks. Authorities also seized equipment used to cut railway tracks during the operation.
The Inspector General of Pakistan Railways Police said the crackdown against individuals involved in stealing railway material and damaging national assets would be further intensified. He added that strict action would continue to protect railway infrastructure and prevent similar crimes in the future.
