Balochistan CM Pledges Full Support to Disabled Student Aspiring to Become a Doctor

Quetta:Balochistan Chief Minister **Mir Sarfraz Bugti** met with **Rafiullah**, a talented student born without both hands, at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and assured him of the provincial government’s full support in pursuing his dream of becoming a doctor.
During the meeting, Rafiullah shared his ambition to study medicine despite his physical disability. The chief minister praised his determination and resilience, describing his journey as an inspiring example of courage and perseverance.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced that the Government of Balochistan would bear all of Rafiullah’s educational expenses, saying that the student’s dream had now become the government’s commitment.
He also assured Rafiullah that the government would provide the best possible medical treatment wherever it is available and encouraged him not to lose hope.
The chief minister said Rafiullah had proved that physical disability is not a barrier to success and emphasized that supporting talented and determined young people is the responsibility of the government.
Calling Rafiullah one of Balochistan’s brightest hopes, Bugti said his success would be a source of pride for the entire province and the nation. He directed the relevant authorities to ensure that Rafiullah receives every possible educational, medical, and welfare facility needed to achieve his goals.
