President Asif Ali Zardari Meets Balochistan Provincial Ministers to Discuss Security and Development

Karachi: President Asif Ali Zardari met a delegation of Balochistan’s provincial ministers at Bilawal House, Karachi, where they held detailed discussions on the law and order situation in the province, ongoing development projects, and Balochistan’s overall progress.

During the meeting, President Zardari emphasized the need to further accelerate the pace of development in Balochistan, stating that providing basic facilities to the people and ensuring the province’s development remain among the government’s top priorities.

He directed the relevant authorities to expedite work on ongoing development projects and adopt a coordinated approach to strengthening peace and security, promoting public welfare, and enhancing economic activities across the province.

The President underscored the importance of sustained efforts to ensure that development initiatives translate into tangible benefits for the people of Balochistan and contribute to long-term stability and prosperity.

Those who attended the meeting included Provincial Minister for Irrigation Sadiq Umrani, Minister for Planning and Development Zhoor Ahmed Buledi, Minister for Health Mir Bakht Kakar, Minister for Livestock Sardar Faisal Jamali, Minister for Industries and Commerce Koyar Domki, Parliamentary Secretary Mir Liaquat Lehri, Minister for Labour Ghulam Rasool Umrani, and Senior Vice President of Pakistan Peoples Party Balochistan Mir Ali Hassan Zehri.
