Rana Sanaullah Accuses India of Backing Terrorism in Pakistan, Vows Decisive Action

Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political and Public Affairs Rana Sanaullah has accused India of supporting terrorism in Pakistan through militant groups allegedly operating from Afghanistan, saying the government will present its position to the international community.

Speaking on national security issues, Rana Sanaullah said Pakistan had inflicted a decisive defeat on India during what he referred to as the “Battle of Truth,” but claimed that India was continuing efforts to destabilize Pakistan by supporting terrorism through Afghanistan.

He alleged that India was providing financial assistance to terrorist training camps operating inside Afghanistan with the objective of fueling violence and unrest in Pakistan. He did not provide evidence to support the claim.

Rana Sanaullah said Pakistan would inform the international community about what he described as India’s involvement in terrorist activities inside the country.

He also stressed that intelligence-based operations against militant hideouts had become essential and said the state would continue taking decisive action against terrorist groups and their facilitators.

Reaffirming the government’s commitment to national security, Rana Sanaullah said Pakistan remains determined to eliminate terrorism and restore lasting peace across the country.
