Govinda’s Wife Sunita Ahuja Sparks Buzz with Cryptic Remark About Actor’s Shooting Incident

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, has sparked widespread discussion on social media after making a cryptic and humorous remark about the actor’s past shooting incident during a reality show appearance.
Speaking on the premiere of the reality show “Lock Upp: Sach Ya Saza”, Sunita was asked by hosts Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh about her earlier statement in which she had said she would prefer a son like Govinda rather than a husband like him.
Responding to the question, Sunita said people often endure many challenges in relationships. Referring to Govinda by his family nickname, “Chi Chi,” she remarked that he had been linked to several romantic relationships during his film career, adding that such stories were common in the entertainment industry.
She said that after standing by her husband through every difficult phase over the years, she now feels she would like a son with Govinda’s qualities, but not a husband like him.
When the conversation turned to the incident in which Govinda suffered a gunshot injury, Sunita made a light-hearted yet cryptic comment, saying, “Chi Chi, if you’re listening, remember that a bullet hits the knee only when a third person enters someone’s life. I’m not lying; I’m telling the truth.”
She added that she was not in Mumbai at the time of the incident, although many people jokingly claimed that she had fired the shot. Laughing, she replied, “Well, my aim never misses.”
Her remarks have been widely interpreted as sarcastic and humorous, but they have also triggered speculation and debate across social media platforms.
Govinda and Sunita Ahuja married in 1987 and kept their marriage private for nearly two years. The couple has two children, Tina Ahuja and Yashvardhan Ahuja, both of whom are associated with the entertainment industry.
