ANP Leader Ghulam Khan Pir Alizai Killed in Jungal Pir Alizai Market Firing
Qilla Abdullah – A senior local leader of the Awami National Party (ANP), Ghulam Khan Pir Alizai, was killed while two other people were injured in a firing incident in Jungal Pir Alizai Bazaar, according to initial reports.
Police sources said that unknown armed men opened fire on Ghulam Khan Pir Alizai outside a medical store in the busy market area. He died on the spot due to severe injuries, while two others were also wounded in the attack.
Following the incident, the body and the injured were shifted to Trauma Center Mazai Adda for medical and legal formalities.
The attackers managed to flee the scene after the shooting, and police have launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the incident and identify those responsible.
Security in the area has been tightened as authorities begin further inquiries into the targeted killing.
