Special shuttle service announced for Day of Arafah and Eid prayers in Madinah

Madinah (Khabrain Report) The Madinah administration has announced the launch of a special shuttle bus service for the Day of Arafah and Eid-ul-Adha prayers to facilitate worshippers visiting the Prophet’s Mosque and مسجد قبا.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the Madinah Bus Administration said the special shuttle service will operate without affecting the regular public transport schedule, aiming to ease the movement of pilgrims and worshippers while improving traffic flow across the city.

The special service will begin at 12 noon on the Day of Arafah and continue until one hour after the Isha prayer through designated routes and stations.

The routes will include services from Sayyid al-Shuhada Station, Al Salam College Station, and Shaza District to the Prophet’s Mosque. Additional buses will also operate from Garden Station to Masjid Nabawi and from Al Aaliyah Station to Quba Mosque.

On the first day of Eid-ul-Adha, several major shuttle routes to Masjid Nabawi and Quba Mosque will continue operating until 8am to facilitate worshippers attending Eid prayers.

Authorities said the key routes, especially those from Sayyid al-Shuhada, Al Salam College, and Al Aaliyah stations, have been arranged to ensure smooth transportation and avoid inconvenience for worshippers.
