Saudi Aramco Introduces New Fuel for High-Performance and Sports Cars
**Islamabad (Daily Qudrat):** Saudi Arabia’s national oil company, Aramco, has announced the introduction of a new fuel specifically designed for high-performance and sports vehicles.
According to a statement from Aramco, “Petrol 98” will be gradually launched across the Saudi market starting January 2026. Initially, the fuel will be available at petrol stations in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah, as well as along major highways connecting these cities, ensuring convenience for owners of high-performance vehicles.
Aramco stated that Petrol 98 is specially formulated to meet the requirements of modern high-performance engines, enhancing vehicle performance, protecting engines, and improving fuel efficiency. Urban areas are being prioritized in the first phase due to the higher concentration of sports and luxury vehicles in these cities.
The company further clarified that the retail price of Petrol 98 will be published on Aramco’s official website under the Retail Fuel Sales section, and its pricing will be regularly reviewed in line with market conditions and global trends.
Experts say the launch of Petrol 98 provides sports and luxury car owners in Saudi Arabia with a high-quality new option and represents a significant step toward advancing modern automotive technology in the country.
