Karachi Set to Host Pakistan’s Tallest Building ‘Burj-e-Quaid’ After Landmark Agreement Signed

KARACHI: A major development has emerged for the city of Karachi as a formal agreement has been signed for the construction of Pakistan’s tallest building, named “Burj-e-Quaid.”
According to details, the agreement was finalized between DHA City Karachi and ABS Developers, paving the way for work to begin on an ambitious 82-storey high-rise project.
The proposed skyscraper will stand 941 feet tall, making it the tallest building in Pakistan upon completion. The project will be built within DHA City Karachi on approximately six acres of land, with a completion timeline of six years.
ABS Developers stated that the project will be executed under the supervision of international architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring modern design standards and advanced construction techniques.
Officials say the construction of Burj-e-Quaid is expected to boost Karachi’s urban infrastructure, attract domestic and foreign investment, and stimulate business activity in the city. The project is being viewed as a milestone in Pakistan’s transition toward modern high-rise urban development.
