Dubai Budget Airline Suspends Flights to Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar

DUBAI: A UAE-based budget airline has suspended its flight operations to three major Pakistani cities — Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar — until October 26, 2026, citing “operational reasons.”

According to Emirati authorities, flights to Karachi, Sialkot, Multan, Faisalabad, and Quetta will continue without interruption.

Officials said affected passengers are being offered refunds, while travelers holding tickets for the suspended routes are also being provided rebooking options on other airlines.

The suspension comes in the aftermath of regional disruptions caused by the Iran conflict, which affected air operations across the Gulf region.

Authorities further revealed that passenger traffic at Dubai Airport recorded a 66 percent decline in March due to the impact on regional aviation activity.

Despite the suspension by the low-cost carrier, other UAE airlines are continuing their operations to Pakistan as scheduled.
