PTI Leader Umar Ayub Claims No Apologies Needed, Blames Economic Downturn on Political Rivals

Islamabad: Umar Ayub, a senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has asserted that the party does not need to apologize to anyone except for their Lord. Speaking to the media, Ayub insisted that PTI had not committed any wrongdoing, thus there was no need for any apologies.
He criticized the current political climate, alleging that intelligence agencies had previously provided misleading reports about his party’s opponents. Ayub emphasized that negotiations were being handled by Mahmood Achakzai, as per PTI’s founder’s instructions, and that there was no need for PTI to beg or plead with anyone.
Ayub also challenged the authenticity of CCTV footage related to the incidents of May 9, suggesting that if released, it would clear up any misconceptions and reveal the truth. He accused various political figures, including General Bajwa, of contributing to the current economic crisis, claiming that their actions had significantly harmed the economy.
According to Ayub, during Imran Khan’s tenure, the economy showed signs of recovery, a fact he claimed was supported by economic graphs. He noted a reversal of this trend, with people now lining up for passports to leave the country, indicating a decline in the nation’s economic stability.
