Balochistan CM Sarfraz Bugti Commends Police and FC for Khark Operation, Five Terrorists Killed
QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has commended the police and Frontier Corps (FC) for their successful security operation in Khark, an area of Khuzdar district, in which five terrorists were killed.
The chief minister said the successful operation by the police and FC reflected their unwavering commitment to combating terrorism and maintaining peace in the province.
Bugti emphasized that timely intelligence and effective coordination among law enforcement agencies were crucial in the fight against terrorism. He said the killing of five terrorists in Khark, Khuzdar, was the result of an effective operation against elements hostile to peace.
He warned that any attempt to undermine peace in Balochistan would be met with a strong response in accordance with the law.
The chief minister praised police and FC personnel for their valuable services in protecting citizens and maintaining law and order, saying that establishing peace in the province was the government’s responsibility and safeguarding the public remained its firm commitment.
He added that successful counterterrorism operations highlighted the professional capabilities of law enforcement agencies and the importance of a coordinated strategy.
Bugti stressed that dismantling terrorist networks and implementing effective security measures were essential to achieving lasting peace in Balochistan.
He reiterated that the provincial government was determined to protect peace and stability and provide citizens with a secure environment.
The chief minister also vowed that the services and sacrifices of those safeguarding peace would not go in vain, adding that efforts to protect the lives and property of the people would continue.
