The DG Hajj stated that all pilgrims were accommodated in the central area of Madinah, ensuring easy access to Masjid-e-Nabawi without any inconvenience during their stay.
He added that similar organized arrangements have been made in Makkah for accommodation, reception, and guidance of pilgrims.

Regarding facilities in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, he said that tent preparations were completed on time. Air-conditioned tents, comfortable sofa-cum-beds, and other essential facilities have been provided, while each pilgrim has been assigned a tent and bed number in advance to avoid any confusion during the pilgrimage.
He further explained that a coordinated system has been implemented to provide pilgrims with complete details of their tents, routes, and accommodation, ensuring a smoother and faster transition in Mina.

The DG Hajj also noted improvements in Nusuk card distribution and pre-arrival data management, which have helped streamline registration and administrative procedures upon pilgrims’ arrival.
He expressed hope that the Pakistan Hajj Mission would once again deliver an excellent performance this year and achieve recognition for its administrative standards.
