UAE Expected to See Sharp Rise in Billionaire Population by 2031: Report

The number of ultra-wealthy individuals in the United Arab Emirates is expected to rise significantly in the coming years, according to a report cited by *Gulf News*.
The report projects that the country’s billionaire population could grow from 4,851 in 2026 to 6,588 by 2031, reflecting strong economic momentum and increasing global investment inflows.
It further highlights that Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a global luxury real estate hub, ranking as the second fastest-growing city worldwide in premium property values. Luxury property prices in Dubai reportedly surged by 25.1% last year, driven by high demand from international investors and affluent buyers.
Analysts suggest that the trend underscores the UAE’s growing appeal as a destination for wealth migration, luxury living, and high-end investment opportunities.
