Thalassemia Center Inaugurated in Quetta Under Umair Sana Foundation Initiative

Quetta — A new thalassemia care facility, the Saleem Shaheed Thalassemia Center, has been inaugurated in Quetta under the auspices of Umair Sana Foundation in collaboration with Alkhidmat Foundation.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Abdul Salam, father of Saleem Shaheed, as well as Dr. Ali Hussain Ansari, an executive member of the foundation, along with other notable participants.

The center aims to provide essential medical services to patients suffering from thalassemia, a genetic blood disorder requiring regular treatment and care.

The initiative is expected to improve access to specialized healthcare for patients in the region.
