Ramsha Khan Says Actors Don’t Need Paparazzi, Admits Photos Are Sometimes Leaked Intentionally

Islamabad (News Desk) — Pakistani actress Ramsha Khan has sparked debate after her remarks about the entertainment industry resurfaced following viral images of her reported nikah with fellow actor Khushhal Khan.
The two actors recently appeared together in an ARY Digital drama serial “Biryani,” where their on-screen chemistry received praise from viewers. They had previously worked together in another television project, fueling fan interest and speculation about their relationship.
Rumors about their link-up had been circulating for some time, but gained momentum after alleged nikah photos of the pair surfaced online.
Amid the buzz, a four-month-old interview of Ramsha Khan has re-emerged, in which she candidly discussed how relationships are often revealed in Pakistan’s showbiz industry. She stated that actors in Pakistan generally believe in nikah and marriage rather than live-in relationships, and when they want to make a relationship public, they sometimes intentionally leak photos or information.
“We don’t really have a paparazzi culture here,” she said, adding that actors may share pictures with managers or others to have them leaked when they are ready to go public.
Ramsha also noted that while rumors about relationships tend to attract attention, they usually do not harm an actor’s career. However, she recently criticized social media pages for leaking private moments from her alleged nikah, which led to mixed reactions from fans online.
The controversy has once again highlighted the evolving dynamics of privacy, publicity, and media culture within Pakistan’s entertainment industry
