All-Rounder Saeem Ayub Sees “Out-of-Form” Phase as a Challenge, Not a Setback

Lahore (Qudrat Daily): Saeem Ayub, all-rounder for Hyderabad Kingsmen, has described his current out-of-form phase as a new challenge rather than a source of concern, emphasizing that he views it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
In an interview with a private TV channel, Ayub said his focus is on gaining experience through the game rather than just chasing results. He praised the team environment, noting that joining the new squad has been better than expected and that he is already familiar with several domestic and international teammates.
Ayub highlighted the role of captain Marnus Labuschagne in fostering a friendly and positive atmosphere, which makes the cricketing experience even more enjoyable. He added that the team management is encouraging an aggressive approach in batting, bowling, and fielding to cultivate a bold playing style among players.
Regarding being out of form, Ayub said it is a natural part of his career and that he is working on addressing weaknesses. He emphasized that he is concentrating on the process of the game itself, rather than worrying about immediate results, to improve his overall performance.
