Saudi Arabia Increases Deferred Oil Supply to Pakistan

Islamabad: Saudi Arabia has further increased the provision of oil to Pakistan on deferred payment terms, documents reveal. Over the past eight months, the oil facility extended to Pakistan has grown to $800 million.
Between July 2025 and February 2026, Pakistan received a total oil facility of $800 million, with an additional $100 million provided in February alone. Saudi Arabia is supplying Pakistan approximately $100 million in oil each month, helping meet the country’s energy needs.
Officials indicate that during the current fiscal year, Saudi Arabia may provide up to $1 billion in oil facilities to Pakistan, a move being regarded as a positive development for the national economy.
