Russia Says No Forced Agreements Can Be Imposed in the Middle East

Moscow: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that no agreements can be forcibly imposed in the Middle East, emphasizing that the world is once again returning to the “law of power.”

Lavrov highlighted Russia’s strong military and advanced defense capabilities while criticizing the United States for prioritizing its own interests, particularly in oil-rich nations such as Venezuela and Iran.

He added that Europe is being deprived of affordable energy, with countries like Hungary and Slovakia struggling to secure cheaper resources. On the Ukraine issue, Lavrov said the U.S. seeks further concessions while Europe continues neo-colonial policies, ultimately harming weaker nations.

According to Lavrov, the growing tensions among global powers are making the international system increasingly complex.
