Tensions in Iran: Balochistan Government on Alert as 1,979 People, Including 37 Diplomats, Enter Pakistan via Taftan Border

Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced that all relevant provincial machinery is on full alert amid ongoing tensions in Iran.

He stated that the flow of Pakistani citizens and foreign nationals into Pakistan via the Pakistan-Iran border continues. All individuals arriving at the Taftan border are being provided with necessary facilities and support.

So far, a total of 1,979 people have safely entered Pakistan through the Taftan border, including 37 diplomats. The Chief Minister emphasized that the government is taking all measures to ensure a smooth and secure entry for all arrivals.
