Families Join PkMAP at Membership Drive in Quetta

Quetta: Leaders of the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party (PkMAP) have said that the party’s clear and firm stance on the Pashtun national question, genuine democracy, social justice, and sustainable peace is drawing people to join in large numbers.
The remarks were made by Provincial President Nasrullah Khan Zary, Provincial Office Secretary Nida Sanger, Provincial Deputy Secretary Abdul Razzaq Khan Barech, and Syed Abdullah Agha while addressing a membership gathering organized by the Quetta city regional unit at Kasi Road, Raisani Mohalla.
A large number of local elders, youth, and party workers attended the event, which party leaders described as a reflection of the party’s growing popularity and public trust in its national and democratic struggle.
During the meeting, Haji Shaista Khan, Saqib Khan, Noor Ali, Inayatullah Khan, Muhammad Ibrahim, Muhammad Junaid, Shah Wali, Muhammad Ilyas, and Israr Khan announced their formal membership in the party along with their families. The new members pledged to actively work for the achievement of Pashtun national rights, political awareness, and organizational strengthening in line with the party’s manifesto.
On the occasion, a new primary unit was also formed. Shaista Khan was appointed as Secretary, while Adnan Khan Khattak was elected Senior Assistant Secretary. Ashraf Khan, Arif Khan Yousafzai, Israr Khan, Shah Wali, and Ahmad Khan were assigned responsibilities as Assistant Secretaries. The oath of loyalty from the newly elected executive was administered by Nida Sanger.
Addressing the gathering, party leaders stated that PkMAP represents the struggle for Pashtun national emancipation, political awareness, and constitutional and democratic rights. They emphasized that the establishment of new units in مختلف areas and the continuous inclusion of people demonstrate that politically conscious citizens stand with their rights-based national political movement.
They further stressed that organized and conscious political struggle is essential for achieving national unity, educational progress, economic self-reliance, and political stability, and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to advancing this mission in a more effective and organized manner.
