Imad Wasim’s Former Wife Levels Fresh Allegations After His Second Marriage

LAHORE: Fresh controversy has emerged following the marriage of former Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim to social media influencer Naila Raja, as his former wife Sania Ashfaq has made serious allegations against him on social media.

In a post shared online, Sania Ashfaq claimed that in December 2023, Imad allegedly forced the termination of her pregnancy in Lahore. She further accused him of betrayal and alleged that she possesses video evidence to support her claims.

Sania also criticized Islamabad United, stating that the franchise had given an opportunity to what she described as a “killer and a deceiver.” She called for a boycott of Islamabad United and used the hashtag “Boycott Islamabad United” in her posts.

It is pertinent to mention that in the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Islamabad United signed Imad Wasim for Rs22 million. The allegations surfaced shortly after Imad publicly confirmed his second marriage.

Imad Wasim has not yet issued a public response to the accusations.
