Sindh Governor Urges Unity Among Muslim Nations at Iran’s National Day Event

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has called for greater unity among Muslim countries, stating that if they stand together, no power in the world can compete with them.

He made these remarks while addressing a ceremony held at the Iranian Consulate in Karachi to mark the 47th anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution and National Day.

Governor Tessori said the Iranian Revolution emerged in accordance with the aspirations of its people, adding that Iran has since established its position globally and achieved significant progress.

Emphasizing regional cooperation, he noted that increasing bilateral trade to $10 billion is the need of the hour. He stressed the importance of activating banking channels to further strengthen trade ties between the two countries.

The governor also expressed solidarity with the people of Palestine and underscored that the Muslim Ummah must unite to effectively confront the challenges facing it.
