Cold Weather, Rain and Snowfall Expected in Most Districts of Balochistan

Quetta (Qudrat Daily): According to the Meteorological Department, cold weather is expected to prevail in most districts of Balochistan, while the sky is likely to remain partly to fully cloudy. Rain is forecast for Quetta, Ziarat, Pishin, Chaman, Qila Abdullah and Qila Saifullah, with chances of snowfall over mountainous areas.

The Met Office further stated that rain is also expected in Zhob, Musa Khail, Mastung, Kalat, Turbat, Chaghi, Gwadar and Kharan.

Regarding temperatures, the minimum temperature in Quetta was recorded at 0 degrees Celsius, while Kalat and Ziarat recorded minus 1 degree Celsius. In Zhob, the minimum temperature remained at 4 degrees Celsius.

Sibi recorded a minimum temperature of 12 degrees Celsius, while Turbat recorded 16 degrees Celsius. Nokundi’s minimum temperature was noted at 9 degrees Celsius and Chaman at 6 degrees Celsius.

In the coastal areas of Balochistan, the minimum temperature in Gwadar was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius, while Jiwani recorded 15 degrees Celsius.
