US Attack on Venezuela Is Open Terrorism, UN Must Take Notice: Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta):** The Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) has strongly condemned what it termed an **open act of aggression and terrorism by the United States against Venezuela**, carried out on the orders of US President Donald Trump.
In a statement issued by the party’s central secretariat, PkMAP said the **attack on the independent and revolutionary state of Venezuela**, including the alleged abduction of the Venezuelan president and his wife, constitutes a **serious international crime** and a **blatant violation of international law, human rights, and the United Nations Charter**.
The statement said the US assault was not merely an attack on Venezuela, but an attack on **national freedom, democracy, social justice, peace, and progressive movements worldwide**. It accused imperialist powers of targeting sovereign states to advance their **economic, political, and military interests**, describing this trend as a grave threat to humanity.
PkMAP further stated that had a strong global front like the former **socialist bloc led by the Soviet Union**—which supported national liberation movements and the global working class—still existed, the US would not have dared to carry out such overt aggression against an independent country like Venezuela.
Expressing regret, the party said the absence of a united international alliance of revolutionary states, liberation movements, and workers’ organizations has emboldened imperialist forces. As a result, the US continues to carry out aggressive actions, including attempts to seize the **wealth, oil, and natural resources of weaker nations**, without effective resistance.
The statement concluded with a **strong appeal to the United Nations** to take immediate and effective action against US aggression, uphold international law, and unite global forces struggling for **freedom, peace, democracy, and justice** in order to curb imperialist aggression and safeguard world peace.
