**Quetta (Daily Qudrat):** The **Balochistan Assembly session**, chaired by Speaker **Captain (R) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai**, commenced **44 minutes late on Friday**. During the session, Chief Minister **Mir Sarfaraz Bugti** responded to a **point of order raised by opposition member Rahmat Saleh Baloch**, revealing that armed robbers in **Panjgur** hide weapons in blankets and **rob banks within 30 minutes**, often posing as customers. Bugti assured that **action against these criminals will be taken soon**.
The Chief Minister also led a **prayer (Fateha) for the late journalist Raja Matloob**, describing him as a renowned journalist and his friend who had visited Quetta for a one-day program. He prayed for Matloob’s soul to rest in peace and for his family to be granted patience.
During the **question hour**, the Chief Minister requested the Speaker to consider postponing the next session due to some members traveling to Karachi. The Speaker informed the house that the **Cyber Crime Department has been activated** against negative propaganda on social media under the name of “Balochistan League.” Legal action has been initiated against members involved in **defamation and blackmail**, and the Assembly will not yield to such campaigns. Opposition leader **Mir Yunus Aziz Zehri** demanded strict action against the Balochistan League and affiliated social media platforms.
The session also faced technical difficulties as the **loudspeakers and microphone system failed**, prompting the Chief Minister to note that the old assembly hall facilities were outdated.
