Supporting Children with Special Needs Is a Collective Responsibility, Says Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that supporting children with special needs is a collective duty of society, and it is the responsibility of the government to utilize all available resources for their welfare. He stated that these children are part of our families and the nation, and must not be neglected under any circumstances.

Addressing the groundbreaking ceremony of the Autism Center of Excellence in Islamabad, the prime minister announced the provision of 15 specialized coaches for the institute and directed that the project be completed within one year.

He highlighted that while a child may be lacking in one ability, God bestows other talents which can be nurtured through proper guidance and facilities.

Commending the achievements of children with special needs, Prime Minister Sharif praised their effort, dedication, and capabilities. He assured that the government will provide all necessary resources to ensure that these children can become respected and active members of society.
