FIA Seeks 10-Day Physical Remand of PTI Information Secretary Raoof Hasan

Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has requested a 10-day physical remand for Ro­­­­­­uf Hasan, the Secretary of Information for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Raoof Hasan and his associates were presented before Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah by the FIA. The prosecutor from the FIA sought a 10-day physical remand for Raoof Hasan, stating that they need to retrieve devices containing social media accounts for further investigation.
It should be noted that yesterday, police arrested Raoof Hasan, the PTI Information Secretary, during a raid at the PTI secretariat in Islamabad.
