Anniversary of Revolutionary Baloch Poet Mubarak Qazi Observed with Reverence
Quetta – The central spokesperson of the Students Organization said that today marks the death anniversary of the great revolutionary Baloch poet, Waja Mubarak Qazi, which is being observed with deep respect and admiration.
He stated that Mubarak Qazi was a name that enlightened Baloch youth with awareness, courage, and the path of resistance through his art and thought. His poetry continues to echo the love for Balochistan, the struggle for rights, and the pain of the people with the same intensity even today.
The spokesperson added that Qazi gave Baloch literature a new dimension and a unique expression. His ghazals and poems equally reflected the fragrance of the homeland and the agony of its people. He was not merely a poet but a symbol of an era, a movement, and an unending struggle.
According to the spokesperson, Qazi’s poetry remains a source of strength and consciousness for the Baloch youth, while his ideas form an intellectual asset for the Baloch national movement.
The BSO reaffirmed its commitment to continue the struggle to realize Mubarak Qazi’s dreams and vision. “His poetry teaches us that true resistance lies in standing firmly by one’s principles. Today, as we remember him, we are in fact renewing our pledge of loyalty to our land, our language, and our future,” the statement read.
