Balochistan’s Upcoming Budget to Be Balanced, Realistic, and People-Centric: CM Sarfraz Bugti

Quetta (Qudrat Daily) – Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has stated that the provincial budget for the upcoming fiscal year will be balanced, realistic, and centered on public welfare objectives. Speaking on Wednesday during meetings with provincial assembly members and various delegations in Quetta, the Chief Minister emphasized that special focus will be placed on aligning available resources with the province’s priorities and public needs.
He highlighted that the government is committed to transparency, good governance, and sustainable development strategies in the budget-making process to effectively address Balochistan’s social, economic, and environmental challenges.
CM Bugti added that the new budget will prioritize improved governance, public welfare, quality education, healthcare services, job creation, and integrated development projects.
Furthermore, he announced the establishment of a “Climate Fund” to tackle the impacts of climate change and ensure the protection of natural resources. This fund will support environment-friendly initiatives and projects.
The Chief Minister reiterated the government’s resolve to address the deprivations of the people of Balochistan, ensure equitable development opportunities, and promote the transparent use of resources.
