Violence and Accidents Across Balochistan Leave Three Dead, Several Injured; Highway Blocked in Kalat

Kalat/Panjgur/Khuzdar/Dera Bugti: Multiple incidents of violence and accidents across Balochistan have left at least three people dead and three others seriously injured, prompting protests and heightened security concerns in several districts.
In Kalat, a young man identified as Sattar Aziz was shot dead by unidentified armed assailants near Mohalla Khel. The attackers managed to escape after the incident. Following the killing, the victim’s family placed the body on the N-25 Quetta-Karachi highway, blocking traffic and staging a احتجاج. Protesters demanded immediate arrest of the culprits, vowing to continue the blockade until justice is served.
In Panjgur, the bullet-riddled body of Alam Ghulam Hussain was recovered from a remote area in Parom tehsil. According to family sources, he had been abducted a day earlier along with his vehicle from Phalabad. In a separate incident in the same district, a man named Ayaz sustained serious injuries after being shot during a reported robbery attempt in Bonistan.
In Khuzdar, unknown individuals hurled a hand grenade at a shop in Wadh tehsil, causing a loud explosion and partial damage to the property. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. Police and security forces collected evidence from the scene and launched a search for the suspects.
Meanwhile, in Dera Bugti, a fatal traffic accident occurred on Sui Ring Road where two speeding motorcycles collided. Muhammad Musa Habibani Bugti died on the spot, while two others were critically injured and shifted to a nearby hospital.
Police in all concerned areas have registered cases and initiated investigations into the incidents.
