Islamabad: Actress and TV host Fiza Ali stirred debate after making controversial remarks about Bollywood stars Nora Fatehi and Malaika Arora’s body structures during her television show.
Speaking on women’s beauty and body types across different regions of Pakistan, Fiza Ali said that women from Karachi are generally tall and slim, while those from Lahore tend to have fuller physiques, each possessing distinct femininity. She emphasized that it is unrealistic for women from one region to desire the physique typical of another.
While discussing current beauty trends, she referenced Nora Fatehi and Malaika Arora, using inappropriate language to describe their bodies. Fiza Ali claimed that men often gaze at Nora Fatehi until she enters her home, which influences some women to aspire to similar body types after noticing their husbands’ attention toward such figures.
Her remarks have since sparked controversy on social media, with many criticizing the inappropriate comparisons and objectifying tone.
