Blast and Gunfire Attack on Police in South Waziristan: 3 Civilians Dead, 14 Injured

Dera Ismail Khan: A deadly attack on a police convoy in South Waziristan has left three civilians dead and 14 others, including three police officers, injured.
According to the police, the incident occurred in the Wana Bazaar area, near the Shakai Stand, where a powerful explosion targeted a police van. Immediately following the blast, unidentified gunmen opened fire, spreading panic in the area.
The police confirmed the death of three civilians, while the injured, including three police personnel, were rushed to the Wana Headquarters Hospital for medical treatment.
District Police Officer (DPO) Tahir Shah stated that heavy security forces have been deployed in the area, and an investigation is underway to gather evidence related to the attack.
