Gold Prices Stable in Pakistan on Thursday, June 12, 2025

Karachi: On Thursday, June 12, 2025, gold prices in Pakistan remained stable, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association and other reliable sources.
As per the latest rates from Karachi’s Sarafa (bullion) market:
24 Karat gold was priced at Rs. 354,100 per tola
22 Karat gold stood at Rs. 324,589 per tola
21 Karat gold was being sold at Rs. 309,838 per tola
18 Karat gold was available at Rs. 265,575 per tola
In metric terms:
10 grams of 24 Karat gold were priced at Rs. 303,590
1 gram of gold cost around Rs. 30,359
Gold per ounce was recorded at Rs. 860,670
Experts attribute the pricing stability to a balance between global gold rates, local demand and supply, and the exchange rate of the Pakistani Rupee against the US Dollar.
Karachi’s bullion market is considered the benchmark for gold prices across the country, with cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Peshawar typically following Karachi’s lead.
Investors and buyers are advised to make decisions cautiously, as global economic conditions may cause gold prices to fluctuate in the near future.
